What we do with your details.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you type: your name, company, phone number, email address, the site location, the approximate area, your timeline and anything you write in the requirement field.

We also record which page you were on when you enquired, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which of our pages and advertisements are useful. That information is stored with the enquiry.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to schedule a site visit. Nothing more. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked about a building.

The site works without cookies. The only cookie we would set is Google Analytics, and only if you press “Allow analytics”. If you choose “Only essential”, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics does not load.

Page-view statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not fingerprint visitors, so it does not require consent.

Your choice is remembered in your browser. Clearing site data resets it and the banner returns.

Enquiries are stored on our own server. To deliver them we use an email provider, and optionally a messaging service, so that the sales team is told about an enquiry within seconds rather than the next time someone opens a dashboard.

Our website analytics are provided by Cloudflare and, with your consent, Google. These providers process technical data such as your IP address and page requests to deliver their service.

Enquiries are kept while they are being worked on and afterwards as a record of the work quoted, in line with normal commercial practice. If you ask us to delete yours, we will remove it from the dashboard.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action it.

You can also decline analytics without losing any part of the site: the enquiry forms, the cost estimator and the WhatsApp hand-off all work identically either way.
