Plate cutting, welding, drilling, blasting and painting happen in our shop. When a member is wrong we fix it inside the week instead of arguing about whose drawing it was.

Drawings before steel
Every project starts with a load calculation, a foundation interface drawing and an approved framing plan. Nothing is cut until someone has signed the revision.

Documented handover
As-built drawings, bolt-torque records, alignment readings and a closed defect list. You own a document set, not a set of verbal assurances.

Work planned around production
For live plants, work is sectioned into fronts with machine protection and a daily closure, so the building improves without the plant stopping.

Safety as a precondition, not a poster
Permit to work, work-at-height controls and hot-work discipline are agreed before the schedule is. That is what lets a maintenance team keep us on an operating plant.

Questions buyers actually ask
What kind of industrial work does AKEN take on?
Pre-engineered buildings, industrial sheds, warehouses, structural steel fabrication, industrial roofing and maintenance contracts. Project values typically run from ₹2 lakh of fabrication work up to ₹5 crore turnkey buildings, and we work as principal contractor or as a specialist package under a main contractor.
Do you fabricate in-house or subcontract it out?
In-house. Cutting, drilling, welding, shot blasting and painting happen in our own shop, and erection crews work only on our sites. That is the reason we can commit to a date: when the fabricator and the erector are the same company, a schedule slip is ours to absorb rather than yours to referee.
How fast can you visit our site in Odisha?
Within 72 hours for a standard enquiry, and within 24 hours for cyclone or structural damage. Send the location, approximate area and what the building needs to do, and we will confirm a visit window the same working day.
Can you work inside a running plant?
Yes. Maintenance, re-roofing and extension work is routinely executed around live production under your permit-to-work system, with sectioned work fronts, machine protection and planned shutdown windows where intrusive work is unavoidable.
What does a PEB building cost in Odisha?
It depends on span, eave height, crane loads, insulation and coating — not on a single per-square-foot rate. Share your plot size and intended use and you will get an indicative band within 72 hours, then a firm quotation once the drawing review is done.
Do you handle statutory and fire compliance?
We produce the structural drawings, fire service design and technical documentation required for approvals, and coordinate with your consultant through submission. Statutory NOCs are issued to the owner, so the application stays with your consultant while we supply the engineering record.
